Yes. We dispatch from Türkiye to business customers across Europe. Delivery terms (Incoterms), carrier and lead time are agreed in each quotation; see Shipping & Delivery.
The importer completes the import declaration and pays import VAT in the country of import; any customs duty is determined by the customs authority there. Türkiye and the EU form a customs union for industrial products, but whether a particular shipment qualifies for duty relief depends on the goods and their documents. Details are on the Shipping & Delivery page.
The models (or a description of the application and voltage level), the quantities, the delivery address and your company details. Including your VAT identification number and EORI number helps us prepare the invoice and shipping documents correctly.
Yes. As the official HASEGAWA distributor in Türkiye, we source all products directly from HASEGAWA Electric Co., Ltd. in Japan. HASEGAWA Türkiye is an independent distributor; it is not the manufacturer.
It depends on the model. Several HASEGAWA high-voltage detectors are designed to IEC 61243-1, for example. Tell us your application and any standard your company or network operator requires, and we will tell you which model fits and which documentation is available. See Standards & Compliance.
