Returns & Exchanges

Return conditions

As we sell to business customers, returns and exchanges are agreed with us in writing before any product is sent back. For standard products, you may submit a return request within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused and in their original packaging.

• To request a return, contact us by e-mail or through our contact page, quoting your order and invoice details.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging together with a copy of the invoice.
• The return shipment, its costs and the refund or exchange arrangements are confirmed in writing when the return is approved.

Non-returnable products

Products made to order to customer specifications (e.g. earthing sets with custom dimensions) cannot be returned.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In the event of a fault, the product is sent to us for assessment by technical service.
